How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their order within about a week after it has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, MagnetKind ships only within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Because each MagnetKind order is custom-made using your photos, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized items.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.

How can I contact customer support?

What types of photos work best?

For the best results, upload clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting. Photos taken with most modern smartphones work great. Keep in mind that blurry, dark, or heavily cropped images may not produce the best final result.

How many photos do I need for a set?

That's entirely up to you! You can use the same photo for every magnet in your set, choose a different photo for each magnet, or create any combination you'd like. Whether you're ordering a set of 6 or a set of 9, we'll print the photos exactly as submitted.

Can I use photos from my phone?

Absolutely! Most photos taken with modern smartphones provide excellent print quality and work beautifully for our magnets.

Where are your products made?

Every MagnetKind order is handcrafted by our small, woman-owned business in Berlin, Maryland, on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and changes are only possible before production starts. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.

What size are the magnets?

Our magnets are available in 2" x 2" and 2" x 3" sizes, depending on the product you choose.
